Alpine Fitness Breaks

The Alps are stunning at any time of year and are such a great place to escape the daily grind.

We are running some weekend Alpine Fitness Camps this summer and autumn in conjunction with REFIT Health & Fitness.

Whether you are looking to improve your over-all levels of fitness, tune-up for your ski holiday, or maybe just fancy a short break in the Alps, but with some fitness training included, this is a perfect option for you.

You’ll have three nights accommodation in a chalet, dinner, bed and breakfast, with the food tailored to complement your training.

Your Trainer

Rich Evans is the founder of REFIT Health & Fitness. Having trained with Premier International and worked at Fitness First, he now offers personal training and nutritional advice in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Your Chef - Nick

Nick has been creating fabulous meals for our guests for over 10 years.  In that time he has created over 180 different meals - and has even written his own recipe book!

He is passionate about cooking; relishing the challenges of creating new menus every year, rising to the task of developing meals tailored to our guests' dietary requirments.

In conjunction with Rich he will create a special menu in line with your fitness regime.

The Day's Activity

We’ll train in the mornings and then, if you wish we can organise some fun packed afternoons to include some of the following activities.

  • White water rafting
  • Via ferrata
  • Mountain biking
  • Tennis
  • Hiking


What better way to combine taking a break with fresh, clean mountain air and plenty of exercise?

Climbing - full tuition available
Orienteering - with map, compass and a picnic lunch
Via Ferrata - halfway between climbing and walking!
